Andres Sanchez is a tenacious litigator who diligently works to help property owners regain control of their real property. Originally from the peaks of the Rocky Mountains, Andres has been advocating for San Francisco Bay Area property owners since 2005. Through litigation and transactional work, Andres provides legal assistance to residential and commercial property owners and managers in the most pro-tenant jurisdiction in the United States.
Throughout his career, Andres has successfully recovered possession of hundreds of residential units through San Francisco and the Bay Area. Using his extensive knowledge of real property law, including the restrictions and allowances that effect owners in eviction-controlled jurisdictions, Andres has skillfully represented landlords in rent board arbitrations and has successfully prepared passthrough petitions. A strategic negotiator, he has also successfully negotiated long-term commercial leases and buyout agreements. Andres routinely speaks on landlord-tenant issues, and in 2016 he taught “Will Share the Shelter” a continuing legal education program about the use of Airbnb and apartments.
Andres provides excellent legal representation coupled with excellent customer service. To help his clients achieve their goals, he carefully evaluates each case and clearly communicates all aspects of the case to his clients.
Andres believes in giving back to the community. He is a writer for the San Francisco Examiner, specializing in real estate issues; delivers meals to elderly and differently abled individuals; and works closely with a family transitional shelter and a women with children shelter. In his leisure, Andres enjoys running and exploring California.
