Isaac Jacobson is an accomplished trial attorney and an unwavering advocate for his clients. As an associate attorney at McLaughlin Sanchez, Isaac represents landlords in eviction actions, including cases in both eviction-controlled and non-eviction controlled jurisdictions around the San Francisco Bay Area. He has extensive experience representing landlords in unlawful detainer trials, rent board arbitrations, and negotiation “cash-for-keys” buyout agreements on behalf of landlords. Isaac also represents property owners involved in disputes with their neighbors, issues relating to Homeowners Associations, and complications arising from the buying and selling of real property.
Isaac’s background makes him ideally suited to serve landlords in tenant litigations. As a former public defender, he brings extensive trial experience and a unique, problem-solving perspective to each representation. He is an aggressive and polished advocate in the courtroom and leverages his trial experience to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of each case to execute winning strategies for his clients.
Isaac volunteers at Bayview Hunters Point Community Legal and partners with them as co-counsel on cases. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Family Builders by Adoption. In his leisure, Isaac enjoys photography and traveling the world and stays active by running, hiking, camping, and backpacking.
